Why "Calon"?
Calon is the Welsh word for heart.
I chose the name because I believe kindness, compassion and genuine care should be at the heart of everything I do.
My Story

Life doesn't always go to plan.
Â
Like many people, I've experienced life changing moments that completely changed my direction. I've known loss, grief, rebuilding, single parenthood and supporting an ageing parent. I've also experienced the uncertainty of leaving one life behind to begin another.

Those experiences taught me something I'll never forget, when life feels overwhelming, it's often the practical things that become the hardest. The paperwork, the decisions, the appointments and the endless responsibilities can feel impossible when you're already carrying so much emotionally.

That's why I created Calon Compass, to be the kind of support I once needed myself. A place where practical help and genuine kindness come together.
